Responsibility, the level and scale of the events arranged by us require precise planning and work process development of the whole team. Those projects, which may be seen as difficult by others, we consider as an interesting task and can guarantee its success.
Taking into account our absolute involvementwith every wedding, we are not able to take a great number of orders, and we never work on the project partially.

After signing of the agreement we will promptly prepare an offer for you, which will include the following things:
The concept project of general wedding stylization;
Wedding venue options;
The list of necessary documents for marriage registration with full responsibility for arrangement of the civil and church registrations;
The best wedding service providers such as:
- Wedding moderator.
- Wedding photographer.
- Wedding video shooting.
- Music provision.
- Wedding ceremony planning and conduction.
- Cooperation with performing artists with the responsibility for fulfillment of technical and common rider.

To emphasize the uniqueness and a special style of the event, in collaboration with the best florists, decorators and graphic art specialists we develop the following:

Our confectioners will prepare a real masterpiece especially for your wedding, both according to the appearance and taste. In addition to the cake, we can offer you the tastiest desserts at a “candy bar”, as well as sweet presents for guests in stylish wrapping.
If you consider an option of the wedding in the marquee, wedding in the castle or wedding outdoors, we will arrange:
- venue selection;
- assembly and disassembly of the marquee;
- organization of catering company and staff;
- technical, light and general support;
- obtaining of permits, if necessary.
A special attention is given to the newly married couple’s attire, as well as attires of their parents, the best man and the maid of honor. The best stylists and designers are invited to help you to choose:
- the wedding dress and accessories, if the bride wants to change dresses (there can be several of them);
- wedding hairdo and make up;
- shoes;
- the wedding suit and accessories for the groom;
- clothes for the best man and the maid of honor, parents and guests.
We will obviously take care of:
- script and timing plan of the wedding day;
- script writing for celebrity attendants;
- preparation of all necessary documents for marriage registration;
- budget determination;
- guests accommodation bookings;
- transfers, meet-and-greet and check-in support of guests, as well as reporting the information about the events and responsibility for them to guests;
- menu formation, taking into account the specialties of culture, religion, health issues and preferences of guests and a newly-married couple, as well as the place for wedding and season;
- calculation of menu costs, alcoholic and soft drinks, considering number of guests;
- coordination of the event from the beginning of its arrangement to the final fulfillment of all the stages, mentioned in the agreement. Our coordinators are fluent in English, French, Polish and Russian languages;
- wage settlements with all service suppliers and contractors.

- necessary number of interpreters and service suppliers speaking English, Spanish, French, Polish and Russian, including official translation of documents during marriage registration;
